01 What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Wooden USB uses NZ Post standard postage and Tracked Courier Post

02 Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes – International shipping is available and will be calculated once you add your delivery address at checkout.

03 How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Depending on quantity and style of product ordered and your location please allow upto 2 weeks for delivery within New Zealand (please note we are closed Friday-Sunday).

International delivery please allow 2-5 day to create the product and 3-15 working days for express postage.

04 Do you provide logo proofs?

Proofs can be provided upon request, alternatively at the checkout you can leave logo instructions/requests in the notes section.

05 What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Wooden USB uses Paypal and NZ bank transfers.

06 How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you decide you wish your cancel your order please email within 48 hours of order being placed.

If orders have already been started a cancellation fee may apply

07 Do I need an account to place an order?

No –  There is the option to check out as a “Guest”

08 How Do I Track My Order?

It is super easy to track your orders progress at the Order Tracking page

09 How Can I Return a Product?

If by the off chance you have a product that is faulty Wooden USB will replace the faulty product or provide a refund.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund the purchaser is required to send the faulty product back to WoodenUSB for testing.
