Turn around and delivery.

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery within New Zealand – but quite often we’re much quicker
Delivery depends on the quantity and style of the product ordered and your location
(please note we are closed Friday-Sunday)

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Wooden USB uses NZ Post standard postage and Tracked Courier Post

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes – International shipping is available and will be calculated once you add your delivery address at checkout.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Wooden USB accepts payments via Paypal and NZ bank transfers, (AfterPay coming soon…)

Do you provide logo proofs?

Proofs can be provided upon request, alternatively, at the checkout, you can leave logo instructions/requests in the notes section.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No –  There is the option to check out as a “Guest” however if you plan to order again it is faster and easier if you have an account.

What’s your return policy?

Our products are made to order and customised, that’s why we only accept returns or exchange requests if they arrive damaged.

How Can I Return a Product?

If by the off chance you have a product that is faulty Wooden USB will replace the faulty product or provide a refund.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund the purchaser is required to send the faulty product back to WoodenUSB.
